How you can go from good food to great food.⁠

The first class will be on Tuesday, May 4 at Lipsky & Sons in the Garden Room.⁠

You will learn essential kitchen skills, tips on preparing vegetables & storage, incl a demonstration of a dish, a nibble afterward and something to take home.⁠
All you need to bring is a knife!⁠
